Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. This fee is due immediately upon cancellation, regardless of whether you choose to rebook. Thank you for respecting my time and understanding that last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill appointment openings.
